Clean, contactless welding of thermoplastics — ABS, PP, PS, PA, PVC, PBT and more — with weld strength reaching that of the base material. No vibration, no dust, no adhesives.
A laser (800–1950nm) passes through the upper "laser-transparent" layer and is absorbed within 0.1–0.5mm of the lower layer, converting to heat. With the two parts clamped together, internal expansion and fixture pressure fuse the layers into one solid, hermetic weld.
ABS, PP, PS, PA, PVC, PBT, PMMA, PA66, PEEK, PE-LD, PE-HD and more — weld strength can reach the strength of the base material itself.
Transparent + black is the simplest, best-welding combination. Colour + black also welds well; black + black is possible using special laser-transmissive PA66 grades.
Professional laser-transmission measurement equipment verifies your material combination before you commit — ensuring 20%+ laser energy reaches the absorbing layer.
Matched to your product size, shape and production volume.
The laser traces the weld path once, like drawing the seam. Ideal for larger parts and complex 2D/3D contours — auto parts, sensors, electronic brakes, packing tape and suction bags.
High-speed scanning heats the whole weld seam almost at once, letting the parts collapse together uniformly. Ideal for smaller parts needing high seam quality — such as automotive meters.
A production system with XYZ three-axis workbench, double Y-axis and double W-axis — loading and welding happen simultaneously for mass production.

Example configuration — systems are engineered to your part geometry and production volume.
Lamps, meters, sensors and electronic brake components — contour and quasi-simultaneous welded in mass production.
Particle-free, adhesive-free hermetic joints for fluid channels and housings that must meet cleanliness standards.
Sealed sensor housings with zero vibration during joining — protecting delicate internals.
Packing tape and suction bag welding with round-part rotary tooling for high-volume output.
Non-contact process with no fixture damage, clean weld surfaces and stable quality across long runs.
Easy to integrate into automated lines with fast product changeover between different parts.
